1. Products

New York Ensaymada LLC specializes in Filipino pastries made to order. Each item is freshly baked after payment is received. Because products are made to order, availability and production time may vary depending on volume.

2. Processing Time

All orders require three (3) business days for preparation and baking.
This time does not include shipping or pickup days. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for dispatch or pickup.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and any other method displayed at checkout. Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Local delivery covers areas within Queens and the greater New York City area.
Delivery fees and estimated times are shown during checkout.
Out-of-state orders are shipped via postal or courier services.
Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.

5. Pickup

Customers may choose to pick up their orders at one of the following locations:

Pickup hours are confirmed after order completion. Please bring proof of purchase during pickup.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are not accepted once payment is made and production has started.
Refunds are not offered for late deliveries.
Refunds are only provided for incorrect or missing items verified by New York Ensaymada LLC.
To request a refund for a wrong order, contact us at sotera.barga17@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order, including photos of the items received.
